For any opened, used or reconditioned products the credit amount will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted before the credit is applied. Please note that all store credits provided are for the purchased product only and will not include any delivery or shipping costs.

If you would like to return your item, please request a return through our Return Centre confirming the item has not been opened and/or used, and we will provide you with return instructions and a return authority reference.
